monday Service
“That helped me” – Faster ticket resolution by end users
Status of the update: partially rolled out
The new “This helped me” button allows end users to mark resolved tickets themselves, avoiding unnecessary reopening and saving the service team time.
At the same time, flexibility is maintained: Tickets can be reopened via the portal or by email if required – including a clear time frame for all reopen activities.
Use Case
In a team environment, a ticket is considered solved if:
- a service team member gives an answer that is marked as a solution in the timeline,
- an AI-generated answer successfully solves the problem or
- an e-mail reply from the service team is sufficient to clarify the problem.
Autonomous AI responses in the customer portal – efficient & controllable
Status of the update: partially rolled out
Thanks to the automatic AI response, service team members can process tickets much faster, as the AI responds automatically if the ticket is trustworthy. At the same time, team members and admins retain full control and can deactivate the automatic response for individual tickets if required.
If the AI response is not sufficient or unclear, users can request human support at any time.
Use Case
By implementing the automated AI solution, service teams can automatically resolve common and repetitive issues, such as password resets or account requests that meet a predefined trust threshold.

New trigger block: Trigger workflows for every column change

The feature is available for all enterprise accounts, administrators, designers and power users who automate workflows.
Use Case
If any column in a team’s low-level board changes, the workflow automatically recognises the corresponding element in the department’s high-level board and updates the corresponding data there.
This allows workflows to be triggered flexibly and effectively based on changes in any board – ideal for numerous application scenarios!

Use Case
If a sub-item in the “Leads” board is updated, users can search for a sub-item of the same name in the “Vacancies” board.
