How can I add a WorkForms?
There are two ways to add a WorkForms, depending on whether you already have a monday.com plan or not.
1. Add a WorkForms from my monday.com account
If you are already a monday.com user and have an account, you can create a new board or open an existing board. Then look for the “+” sign at the top of your board and select the “Form” option from the drop-down menu. See the image below for reference:

Your form will then be generated. You can click on “Edit form” to start editing without leaving your monday.com board without leaving. You can also select “Go to WorkForms”, to navigate to the WorkForms website and continue editing your form.

2. Add a WorkForm without a monday.com account
If you don’t have a monday.com account, you can create a WorkForms account and start creating forms right away!

Customize your WorkForms
You can customize the logo, title and description of your form to match your brand identity, and clearly communicate the purpose of the form. To add a logo, click on the “Upload logo” option at the top of your WorkForm and select a file from your computer.

To add a question, select the option “Add new question” and the desired question type.
