mondayDB 2.0
Status of the update: fully released
With mondayDB 2.0, organizations can now efficiently work on larger enterprise-level boards and dashboards for their largest projects. With the ability to, manage 10 times more tasks and resources while maintaining the existing mondayexperience and performance , mondayDB 2.0 is designed for your business growth.
All monday.com Enterprise users can now have the following specifications in their monday.com environment:
- 100K items in the board
- 100K linked items per board
- 500K items per dashboard

New Subitem Limitations
Status of the update: fully released
As of August 1, 2024, monday.com has introduced a new limit of 100 subitems per article to ensure the best possible performance of boards. There will be no data loss/changes for users who have already exceeded the limit of 100 subitems per article.

For all monday.com users who have previously reached the limit of sub-items with their large projects, can now breathe a sigh of relief and create lots of sub-items per element.

Askadmins to invite users
Status of the update: fully released
Members of a monday board now have the option of sending a request to their administrator, to invite members and guests to the account. Admins will receive an email and notification of the request.
This update is only available for monday.com Enterprise customers.
Via the person icon at the top right of monday.com, you can send a request to your admin to invite a person.

Use Case
A monday.com Enterprise member would like to invite a colleague with whom he works as a new member to be able to work with them on the same board. Now he can simply send a request to the admin.
Or for analysis and reporting purposes, a member can now invite a stakeholder as a guest by simply sending a request to the admin.
Create/edit integrations – authorization at workspace level
Status of the update: fully released
There is now a new option in the settings at workspace level, which allows users to grant or revoke permission to create integrations for certain roles.
You can find these settings if you click on the 3 dots to the left of your workspace and then click on “Manage workspace”. You will then see the display as shown in the image below. You can then set the integration permissions under the Permissions tab.

You can now allow your members to connect their personal Gmail to their workspaces, but restrict them from doing so in other workspaces on the account.
Furthermore , you can only allow workspace administrators to create integrations in their specific workspace, createintegrations in their specific workspace.
Notification window
Status of the update: partially released
The revised notification area provides references to the product from which the notifications originate, smaller avatar images to fit more notifications on one page, and a new button to switch to”unread”, which allows the area to be used alongside other tabs.

Charts in dashboards can now be displayed even better with full color customization. You can either use the monday.com colors or use your own color selection. This allows you to customize your reporting to match your branding. This update is only available for monday.com Enterprise customers.
In the dashboard , go to the widget settings, then go to the”Personalization” tab and there you can add your own selected brandingcolors of your company.

Now companies can more easily match individual chart colors to their brand on the dashboards ensuring consistent and professional looking reports . This eliminates the need to recreate charts outside of monday.com, which streamlines the reporting process at company level.
A third level of workspace folders
Status of the update: fully released
Users can now create three folder levels, as opposed to the previous limit of two.

Users can now view the duration of each action and each automation run directly in their automation log.

Status of the update: fully released
CircleCi is a continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) platform, that automates and manages your development pipeline by coordinating jobs and workflows. It can automatically build code based on changes or specific events in your repository, test and deploy code based on changes or specific events in your repository, improving efficiency and detecting errors early .

Use Case
Automate the CI/CD pipeline: Set up automatic processes to create, test and deploy your code as soon as changes are made. This helps to identify errors at an early stage and streamline the publishing process.

Extension of the e-mail mass tracking analysis
Status of the update: fully released
In monday CRM you can now track when and how often emails are opened and who and how often email links are clicked on.

Open emails and activities schedule for external developers
Status of the update: fully released
Users can now use the Emails Activities Timeline to migrate data to the EA Timeline and integrate their own tools.
Note: monday only offers the API, the customer/partner must create it themselves.

The update is for:
- Companies, who have purchased monday CRM users and want to retrieve all their data from a previous tool they have worked with can now do so via the API.
- Users who want to integrate their existing tools , such as email campaign tools into the timeline for emails and activities.
monday workforms
Restrictselection options in the multiple choice question
Status of the update: fully released
Companies using monday WorkForms can now limit the number of options that a person can select for multiple choice questions in the form. You can restrict the selection options in the question settings if you activate the “Limitation option”.

Submission Viewer App – Improvements
Status of the update: fully released
By improving the workforms Submission Viewer app , the following things are now possible:
You can view an element as a form template directly from the element view. You can access an element quickly and easily via the 3-dot menu at the top of the submission viewer app.

Scalability when exporting from canvas to PDF
Status of the update: fully released
Users can now export their canvases as PDFs in a variety of standard frame sizes.
To export to your desired format , simply click on the frame button in the workcanvas , simply click on the frame tool in the toolbar on the lefttool on the left and select the format for the export. Place your frame around the element you want to export.

Send via – App
Status: available for all products
App category: CRM, Marketing, Productivity Efficiency
This app allows you to send messages to your contacts via apps like WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, Signal and other apps. You can use it to send messages directly from a monday.com board by retrieving the phone number from a phone column or a text. You can now easily contact your contacts directly from monday.com.
The app is chargeable after a 14-day free version. The price is 7$ per month.
