Permission to manage all teams

Admins can now delegate the ability to manage each team, to different user roles in their account that act as sub-admins.

Admins can now access a new API usage analytics dashboard with 4 main widgets that provide the following information:
- Current daily usage and limit: How much an account uses the API and what limit is needed, to stay under the daily usage
- Daily usage: How much the API was used each day in the last 2 weeks
- Usage by app: How much the API was used by private and public apps
- Usage by user: How often the API was used by different users (either directly by personal tokens or by apps, calling it on behalf of the user )
The function will be available to all Enterpsieaccounts (other level plans will be announced). to be announced )
This is particularly interesting for administrators, operations/security managers and developers.

- Efficient troubleshooting: Developers and IT teams can quickly identify API issues such as reaching daily limits, exceeding rate limits or challenges with version migrations can be quickly identified and resolved.
- Security and compliance at a glance: Security and compliance officers receive full transparency of API activities, can track exactly who is accessing them and thus ensure correct access control and adherence to compliance requirements.

Preview and customisation of the dashboard PDF export

Before you export your dashboard as a PDF, you can now display a preview and customise the formatting – including portrait or landscape format as well as paginated or pageless display within the A4 format. This allows you to prepare reports in a clear and professional format for presentations, emails or other communication channels and pass them on to stakeholders.

Scheduled updates and customised update reminders

Users can now:
- select any time and date to be reminded of a specific update
- Schedule updates in monday.com (both posts and updates) at any time.
Use Case
Scheduling updates is very useful in the following cases:
Communication across different time zones or during holidays.

Users can now use a new and customised article numbering system, which combines the columns “Automatic number” and “Item ID”.
